Canvass Manager (Sales & Marketing Leadership Role)

Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 per year (Base Performance Bonuses)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CVS Manager to lead our canvassing, sales, and marketing initiatives. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a team of high-performing sales representatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales management, business development, and marketing strategy, with proven leadership skills and a track record of meeting — and exceeding — performance goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of canvassers and sales professionals to exceed daily and monthly goals.
• Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM software) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market analysis.
• Monitor canvassing activity to ensure quality performance and proper customer engagement.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing insights for management review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, canvassing supervision, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and achieving measurable sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
