About the Opportunity
Evercor Facility Management is growing its team of snow removal professionals for the winter season. If you're hardworking, honest, dependable, and looking for extra income during the winter months, we want to hear from you. We're hiring at our Wyoming, York, and Allentown, PA locations.
Open Positions & Pay
Plow Driver: $35–$45/hr
Operate plow-equipped pickup trucks to clear parking lots, drives, and commercial properties before and during winter storms.
Equipment Operator: $35–$45/hr
Operate loaders and other heavy snow equipment to clear, push, and stack snow at larger commercial sites.
Sidewalk Laborer: $25–$27/hr
Shovel, snow-blow, and apply de-icer to sidewalks, entrances, ramps, and walkways to keep them safe for pedestrians.
Quality Control: $35–$50/hr
Inspect sites during and after storm events, verify service quality, document conditions, and coordinate with crews to make sure every property meets Evercor's standards.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable availability during winter storm events, including overnights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, wet, and snowy conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the site
- Plow Drivers & Equipment Operators: prior plowing or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Quality Control: experience in snow operations, site supervision, or property maintenance preferred
- Must be at least [18] years old to apply
