Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and planting new greenery to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently.
- Manage pest control through pesticide application while adhering strictly to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Assist with landscape design projects by installing hardscape features like pathways or retaining walls as needed.
- experience in painting, home repairs and such is a plus
- Experience in replacing light fixtures is a plus
- Prior outdoor work experience involving groundskeeping or landscaping tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscape maintenance equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance machinery confidently.

Pay: $23.45 - $28.00 per hour
