Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Work closely with the dietary team to ensure accurate and timely food service
Maintain accurate records of food preparation and service
Participate in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
