G2 Risk Solutions has a large, valued, and diverse global client base and is the established leader in e‐commerce merchant risk and compliance intelligence and services. Headquartered in Burlingame, California, USA, G2 Risk Solutions helps acquirers, ISOs, PSPs, e-com marketplaces, ad platforms, and other members of the payments value chain take on the appropriate level of risk in their merchant portfolios, while protecting against brand damage, illegal activity, and noncompliance assessments.

We have a welcoming and energetic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. We are consistently exploring new technologies and tools to be agile. This environment gives our people the opportunity to hone current skills and build new capabilities, while discovering their genius.

The Director of Product Management for G2 Risk Solutions (“G2RS”) Bankruptcy Risk Solutions (“BRS”) will lead execution of G2RS’ BRS strategy and roadmap across the Americas. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing customer and market needs, and delivering innovative solutions that drive adoption, performance, and growth.

As a key product leader, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Operations, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions. You will engage directly with enterprise customers, support go-to-market efforts, and help ensure BRS products remain best-in-class in bankruptcy prediction, monitoring, and risk management.

This role requires a strategic product operator who has worked in strong product organizations, has owned a product domain end-to-end, and can balance long-term product vision with near-term execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap execution, and long-term vision for the BRS product portfolio.
  • Define product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans.
  • Apply AI-first thinking in both product development and personal workflows to improve efficiency and product outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and enterprise customers to support complex go-to-market efforts.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities, validate product direction, and drive continuous innovation within the BRS portfolio.
  • Lead customer discovery efforts to validate solutions and identify emerging market needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to build data-driven products and analytical capabilities.
  • Define features, write user stories, and manage product backlogs in Jira.
  • Monitor product KPIs, customer outcomes, and product performance metrics.
  • Support platform modernization initiatives and customer migration efforts where applicable.
  • Support commercialization by partnering with marketing and sales to create product pricing, packaging, placement, messaging, collateral, training, and onboarding materials.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to guide development, ensure delivery milestones are met, and remove roadblocks throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Leverage Jira to manage product backlogs, track development progress, and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
  • Engage directly with key customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Champion a data‑driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and product decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Must have experience building customer-facing products for external enterprise clients — not solely internal tools.
  • Experience in startup/high growth environments
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise customers and partnering directly with GTM teams.
  • Experience working in strong product-led organizations with high product management rigor.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product domain, including strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Strong experience building data-driven products; algorithmic or machine learning experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated use of modern AI tools to improve personal productivity and product execution is a must.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
