Job Responsibilities:
- Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Complete and pass state required background check
- Qualified Lead Teachers have: 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options: Lead Teacher: $17.58 - $26.37/Teacher: $16.28 – $22.79/Assistant Teacher: $15.50 – $21.71
