Everbowl is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. As Supply Chain Manager at everbowl, you will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and logistics operations for multiple companies within the everbowl family, including WeBuild Stuff, everbowl Franchise, Unevolve Products, and Unevolve Studios. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors and customers, overseeing the procurement process, and ensuring accurate order entry into our accounting systems. What you will do:
Responsibilities:
- Procurement and Logistics:
- Implement procurement strategies and processes to meet the diverse needs of everbowl companies.
- Identify and source suppliers/vendors, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish long-term relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
- Identify and utilize logistics and transportation partners for the movement of all goods through the supply chain.
- Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering open communication and resolving any issues or disputes.
- Regularly evaluate vendor performance, including quality, pricing, and delivery reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor compliance with contractual agreements and everbowl's quality standards.
- Be the main point of contact with key vendors for all day-to-day matters
- Communication and Customer Service:
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendor and customer communication related to procurement and logistics.
- Address inquiries and provide timely responses regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to resolve any issues related to procurement and logistics.
- Prepare weekly communication on inventory status to customers.
- Order Processing and Accounting:
- Enter all purchase orders and relevant information accurately into the accounting systems.
- Monitor and track order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor performance metrics.
Skills and Experience Needed for this Position
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in procurement, vendor management, or logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in using accounting software and systems for order processing and data entry.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market research, and supplier evaluation.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay and Benefits for this Position
- The pay range for this position is $75K - $90K per year
