Position: Full-Time (In-Person) Store Manager

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Position Overview: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our everbowl store in Woburn, MA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring remarkable customer experience, managing staff, and driving local brand awareness. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for people!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations including cost of goods management, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
- Team Leadership: Train and develop a high-performing team. Oversee the store's schedule, manage labor percentages, and foster a positive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Brand Awareness: Drive recongition and sales through impactful merchandising, participation in promotions, and community engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local food handling requirements.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Understanding of cost of goods and inventory management
- Passion for developing relationships and community engagement
