Position Overview
The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and culture of two Everbowl stores. This role requires a leader who can drive sales, develop talent, maintain operational excellence, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across both units. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and brand execution.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations at two Everbowl locations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Maintain Everbowl standards for food safety, cleanliness, speed of service, prep quality, and brand presentation.
- Monitor inventory, waste, and ordering processes to achieve COGS targets.
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and staffing to optimize productivity and labor % goals.
- Ensure compliance with health codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
People Talent Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members and shift leaders.
- Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and accountability follow-ups.
- Build positive culture centered around teamwork, communication, and guest focus.
- Identify leadership readiness and develop internal bench for future growth.
- Model Everbowl’s values and foster an environment where team members thrive.
Financial Business Performance
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly financials, including labor, COGS, and controllables.
- Analyze trends and implement strategies to drive sales growth and operational efficiencies.
- Drive community engagement, local store marketing, and brand visibility.
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and remarkable service at both locations.
- Handle guest feedback quickly and professionally while coaching teams on service recovery.
- Maintain a reputation for outstanding quality and hospitality.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Manager in QSR, fast casual, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proven track record of hitting labor, COGS, sales, and operational goals.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to travel between both store locations daily

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
