EverBold Landscaping is seeking a dependable Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. We are a premium landscaping company specializing in landscape installations, hardscaping, drainage solutions, and property enhancements throughout the Cincinnati area.

Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installations and outdoor construction projects
- Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Spread mulch, gravel, topsoil, and other landscape materials
- Assist with drainage and grading projects
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Follow instructions and company installation standards
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Landscape or construction experience
- Experience using landscaping equipment and power tools
- Experience with hardscaping, drainage, or landscape installation
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout instructions

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 7 AM – 4 PM
- Occasional overtime available
Seasonal Position
This is a seasonal full-time position. Our typical season runs from approximately March 15 through November 1, depending on weather conditions and workload. Many team members return each season.
