Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping and maintenance of the company’s tools/ equipment.
Duties
- Perform general landscaping tasks including mulching, edging garden beds, spreading rock, assisting in detailed tasks.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Collaborate with team members to build landscape features according to design specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials on-site.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation of equipment between job sites.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance tasks.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
