What will you do?
- Responsible for ensuring the vending room is stocked properly, utilizing First In First Out (FIFO) rules
- Audit starting and ending inventory before and after the event, informing the Concessions Manager of any discrepancies
- Manage the replenishing process for vendors throughout the event
- Assist the Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding quality, service, or accommodations
- Ensure proper transaction handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform other duties as assigned
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bend, and squat
- May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season
