Enterprise Risk Management Analyst
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the bank's enterprise-wide risk management framework by assisting in the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risks across all risk categories (credit, market, operational, liquidity, compliance, reputational, and strategic). This role helps ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and the bank's risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists in maintaining the enterprise risk framework, risk taxonomy, and risk appetite statement.
- Supports Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across business units.
- Performs data analysis and risk reporting, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk dashboards.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of risk inventories and risk event logs.
- Participates in risk assessments (e.g., new products, emerging risks), testing and issue validation activities.
- Assists in regulatory exams and internal audits by preparing materials and responding to requests.
- Works with business units to collect and analyze risk data, support risk issue tracking and independent validation of issues.
- Supports the aggregation and reporting of risk metrics to executive leadership and board-level committees.
Minimum Qualifications
- No Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior experience
- Demonstrable technology background including familiarity with NIST and FFIEC frameworks
