Job Description:
The Residential Overnight Supervisor will provide supervision of direct services and supports to Everas clients who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as other disabilities during the overnight shift. This position will ensure services are provided in their homes and in the community as outlined in the Individual Service Plans. All supervisors work as a part of a team of professionals, which include; Residential Specialists, Assistant Managers, our agency’s team of Managers, Coordinators, and Directors. Group Home Supervisors uphold Everas standards by ensuring that the agency’s mission and vision are demonstrated through high quality programs that are designed to promote independence and continued well-being of the men and women who reside in our residential homes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide training and supervision to overnight staff in Residential Services.
- Develop and implement a rotation of visits to all Residential Services locations on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring quality services are provided to the individuals who reside in the group home.
- Provide on-call coverage for overnight shifts.
- Ensure overnight staff are delivering direct client care as outlined in the Individual Services Plan
- Initiate and coordinate development of projects for the overnight staff that support support and model clients' potential for independence.
- Support staffing coordination for overnight shifts and ensure all overnight shifts are covered.
All manager positions involve hands on work that requires you to assist with all areas including personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores and support in the community.
Previous work experience in the field or a closely related field required. The Group Home Overnight Manager position is Full Time. Candidates must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule including; overnights, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in DDD licensed programs, preferably as a manager or assistant manager
- Must have valid driver's license & meet identified standards for a good driving record
- Minimum of high school diploma; some college preferred
- Strong organizational & follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal & professional communication skills
- Must be a team player
- A commitment to the ongoing relationship with the individuals you are serving
- Must be able to work a flexible full time schedule, including overnights, evenings, and some weekends

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Social Services/IDD: 5 years (Preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
