Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Everas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to people with developmental disabilities, focusing on developing and implementing behavior plans. Responsibilities include collaboration with Everas team members on staff in-service development, conducting one-on-one therapy utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and maintaining accurate documentation. The BCBA will be responsible to train and supervise RBTs and also conduct training for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), advocate for client needs, and ensure compliance with Everas policies and procedures. This position requires advanced communication skills, strong data analysis and writing skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Behavior Technician duties include but are not limited to:
- Acts as an advocate for client needs; develop and supervise behavioral support services
- Visits all clients as assigned to provide assessments and evaluations
- Demonstrate ABA techniques to teach client new skills, including NET, DTT and Modeling.
- Develop and Implement training and therapy sessions
- Assess and document individual client’s behavior and progress on implemented plans and protocols
- Support instruction of RBT and DSP staff on the implementation of behavior observation systems, training/support plans and behavior intervention guidelines
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation of assessments and therapies in clients HER

Job Requirements:
- Masters degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
- Required to achieve certification in and perform CPR and CMT
- Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
