EverandThen Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional Licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing luxury aesthetic practice in Bethesda, Maryland.

Services You'll Perform

• Customized medical-grade facials
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• SkinPen® Microneedling
• Professional skincare consultations
• Customized treatment planning
• Retail skincare recommendations

Additional services may be introduced as the practice continues to grow.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Maryland Master Esthetician License
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a Master Esthetician
• Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a medical spa or plastic surgery practice
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products
• Experience recommending and selling professional skincare regimens
• Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, positive, and professional personality
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable

Preferred

• Existing social media presence with comfort creating educational and promotional content
• Experience appearing in videos and social media marketing
• Existing patient following is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
• Performance-based commission opportunities
