Job Overview
Ever Well is hiring therapists! We would encourage you to apply to be part of our team if you are looking for an agency who does community mental health differently. We meet our clients where they are within the community or via tele health. We also provide a high level of support for our clinicians generally not found in traditional community mental health including supervision for dependently licensed persons both indiviudal and group based. Independent licensed persons also receive supervision. We offer both salaried and 1099 positions for our therapists with a minimum of ten clients on a caseload with the opportunity to complete diagnostic assessments if you’re interested. We will provide training in mental health interventions, diagnosing and documentation if the mental health system seems overwhelming to work in.

Our therapists provide individual therapy and complete diagnostic assessments
Qualifications
Our qualifications for our therapists include having an LSW or LPC in the State of Ohio and a valid form of transportation/driver’s license. We prefer a clinician currently involved in a graduate level program or who has completed a Masters Degree program.
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
