Description
- We’re looking for a high-agency intern to work directly with the founder as a true right hand. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and business development, with real ownership from day one.
- You’ll help drive new client growth, build relationships across the CPG & Food and Beverage ecosystem, and execute events and partnerships that put us in front of the right founders. One week you might be sourcing and closing leads, the next you’re helping run a founder dinner or building an outbound automation workflow.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Sales & business development - sourcing, outreach, and closing new clients
- Partnerships - building relationships with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners
- Events - planning and executing founder dinners, community events, and industry activations
- Outbound & growth - experimenting with cold email, LinkedIn, and creative GTM strategies
- Automation & AI - identifying ways to streamline workflows, improve outreach, and scale efficiently
- Whatever else the business needs that week
Who You Are
- A current undergraduate or graduate student
- Highly ambitious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently
- Excited about startups, CPG, food & beverage, and founder ecosystems
- Strong communicator who is comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
- Interested in sales, partnerships, ops or business development long-term
- Based in Los Angeles and available ~20 hrs/week
