Prep Cook (Ever Andalo)

Ever Andalo is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented full-time prep cook who takes pride in their craft and is committed to maintaining high standards in a chef-driven kitchen.

Recognized nationally and recommended by the Michelin Guide, Ever Andalo operates with a focus on consistency, technique, and respect for quality ingredients. This is a scratch kitchen environment where fundamentals matter—product is handled with care, systems are followed, and execution is expected at a high level every day.

The primary role of this position is to help in prep and production for Ever Andalo, Growlers Pourhouse, and Olivelli Deli.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Execute prep tasks in a timely manner
• Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

Skills

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18–$19/hour, based on experience
