Employee Testimonials:
Caroline, Sales Director
I started as wedding hands at Vineyard in 2020 and now I get to help lead our sales team across eight barns. The real win isn’t the role, it’s what I’ve learned about myself along the way. Moving around Florida, meeting/creating new teams, and saying yes to new challenges showed me that “nothing great is handed to you,” but it also doesn’t have to be heavy. I’ve found that I’m at my best when I’m up, moving, connecting, and cheering people on not glued to a 9–5 desk. This job has given me a voice to ask for what I want, confidence to trust my instincts, and a community that feels/is like family.
My non-work win: clearer self-knowledge, what I do well, how I like to work, and the kind of days that bring out my best.
Andrea, Tropical Grove Team Lead
This job has provided me with financial stability and peace of mind, but most importantly, it has significantly improved my mental health. In my past jobs, customer service meant dealing with rushed or upset people. Here, I interact with couples and families who are happy, excited, and grateful, whether it’s during a tour, planning visits, or their wedding day. That positivity is contagious, and I carry it home with me. On top of that, this job has made me more confident speaking English and keeps me motivated to reach my goal of learning three languages. The biggest win for me is the happiness and peace I now feel both at work and outside of it.
