This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative, located in Charleston, SC. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their event rental needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the planning and execution process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, offering product recommendations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The role also involves maintaining records accurately and addressing any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
