Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce engaging multimedia content across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills and hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and digital media creation.
This role focuses purely on media and creative production, not instructional or curriculum design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual content for:
- Social media platforms
- Website banners and landing pages
- Email marketing campaigns
- Digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Brochures, posters, and brand collaterals
- Create and edit:
- Motion graphics
- Promotional videos
- Explainer videos
- Short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Develop branding assets including:
- Logo variations
- Brand guidelines
- Typography systems
- Visual identity kits
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all media outputs.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and multimedia innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in media design, graphic design, or multimedia production.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
- Canva (optional but good to have)
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout design
- Video composition
- Experience creating social media creatives and performance marketing visuals.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and motion work.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
- Sound editing knowledge
- Photography or videography experience
