About the Role
Events House Inc, part of The Events House Group, is an international event agency delivering interactive fan engagement, brand activations, and event logistics within the motorsport industry.
We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the day to day running of our US operations. This is a hands-on role focused on warehouse operations, inventory management, and event logistics support across North America, Canada and South America.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure equipment is prepared, tracked, and delivered efficiently for events.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations, including inventory and equipment management.
- Help plan and allocate event stock in line with schedules.
- Coordinate equipment prep and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage warehouse stock, basic procurement, and inventory tracking.
- Assist with shipping and logistics (domestic and international).
- Support onsite operations at larger events when required.
- Work closely with Operations, Account Management, and Event teams.
- Help monitor equipment condition and maintenance needs.
- Assist with scheduling workloads for warehouse and operations staff.
What We’re Looking ForEssential:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock management.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
- Comfortable using basic IT systems (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a practical, hands on mindset.
- Valid US driving license.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
Desirable:
- Forklift license (or willingness to train).
- Interest in motorsport, events, or automotive industries.
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding.
Additional Info
- Some travel and extended hours will be required during busy event periods.
- Candidates must be eligible to travel internationally (valid passport).
