Tent Fabric Team Members & Leads (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Position Overview

EventRent is hiring full-time, year-round Tent Fabric Team Members and Tent Fabric Leads to join our warehouse team. Whether you're looking to start a career with opportunities for advancement or you're an experienced leader ready to oversee a team, we encourage you to apply.

Our Tent Fabric Department is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, organizing, and staging tent fabrics that support events throughout Idaho. Every team member plays an important role in ensuring our equipment is event-ready and meets our quality standards.

Experienced candidates may be considered for Lead positions with additional leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean, dry, inspect, and properly store tent fabrics.
• Prevent damage, mildew, and excessive wear through proper handling and storage.

Staging & Preparation

• Organize and stage tent fabrics for upcoming events.
• Ensure outgoing orders are accurate, complete, and event-ready.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Track inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Inspect and grade fabrics based on condition and usability.
• Identify, document, and communicate damaged or worn materials.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet event schedules and company standards.

Leadership Responsibilities (Lead Position)

• Lead and support team members in daily operations.
• Help prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
• Train new employees on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Lead by example while maintaining productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred for Lead positions but is not required.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
• Available to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($17–$23/hour)

Schedule
