Motorcycle Logistics

EventLink Group is looking to add to our Moto Logistics team at our facility in Greer, SC.  This role plays an important role in keeping motorcycle training programs and events running safely and smoothly. This position supports the preparation, movement, setup, and maintenance of motorcycles, equipment, and training areas while working closely with instructors and other team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stage, move, and set up motorcycles and equipment for training classes and events.
• Set up and tear down courses, training areas, and equipment.
• Load and unload motorcycles and equipment and safely secure them for transportation.
• Assist with motorcycle shipments, transfers, storage, and fleet tracking.
• Receive shipments and maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
• Perform basic visual inspections of motorcycles and report damage, mechanical concerns, or safety issues.
• Keep motorcycles, equipment, supplies, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Support instructors and other team members during classes, events, and programs.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation.
• Follow all BMW safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide professional, helpful, and courteous service to customers and coworkers.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Motorcycle endorsement preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Mechanically minded with an interest in motorcycles, vehicles, or equipment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull for extended periods and safely handle motorcycles and equipment.

Skills:

• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, weather, and operational needs.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Schedule:

• BMW Performance Center operates 7 days a week, so weekend work is a regular part of this position.
• Schedule may vary based on classes, events, weather, and business needs.
• Must be willing to travel as needed to support programs and events.
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve changing weather conditions.

Salary : $16 - $18
