As Staff Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with month-end close, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with GAAP. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Perform routine account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports
- Provide support during audits and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Respond to accounting inquiries from internal teams
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience:
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
Skills:
- Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting processes
- Strong proficiency with Excel and accounting systems; knowledge of Python and Macros a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
