Merchandise & Concessions Operations Associate

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and organized individuals to join our team as Merchandise & Concessions Operations Associates. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping our merchandise store, trailers, food stands, and inventory clean, organized, stocked, and ready for both local events and shows on the road.

This is a great position for someone who likes to stay busy, can work independently after receiving instruction, and takes pride in keeping things clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and restock the merchandise store and two merchandise trailers
• Receive merchandise deliveries and put all inventory away in its proper location
• Complete weekly inventory counts and restocking
• Stock and prepare merchandise trailers for shows on the road
• Move and rearrange merchandise, supplies, displays, and inventory as needed
• Keep merchandise areas clean by sweeping, dusting, wiping counters and shelves, and general cleaning
• Clean and maintain all food stands,
• including:
• Power washing
• Mopping
• Wiping down counters and surfaces
• Washing dishes and utensils
• General cleaning and organization
• Restock food, beverages, and concession supplies
• Set up and prepare food stand areas on Saturdays for shows
• Help maintain organized food and beverage inventory
• Safely use a ladder when stocking or organizing merchandise and supplies
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physical position that requires frequent movement throughout the workday.

Applicants must be able to:

• Regularly move, organize, stock, and rearrange merchandise and supplies
• Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use a ladder
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, power washing, and wiping surfaces

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with inventory, stocking, merchandise, concessions, food service, or event operations is helpful but not required
• Experience or knowledge working with commercial fryers, including cleaning fryers, is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently after receiving instructions
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Position Availability

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
