Event Staff (Bartenders, Servers, Event Crew)
EventStaffNYC is building a reliable team that can support venues across NYC on short notice. We want experienced hospitality pros who can step into different spaces quickly and deliver consistent service.
What you’ll do
- Work events as a bartender, server/waitstaff, captain, brand ambassador, or setup/breakdown crew
- Show up early, follow direction, communicate clearly, and work well with new teams
- Keep service areas clean and organized and handle guests professionally
What we’re offering
- $25/hour (W-2)
- Minimum 5-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling with frequent opportunities

- Comfort rotating between venues
- Evening/weekend availability
