Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Supervise and support the laundry production team to achieve company targets in performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices that promote safe, efficient, and organized laundry operations.
- Oversee equipment storage practices and production standards while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and optimize workflow to meet operational deadlines and service expectations.
- Act as the primary leader on-site during weekday operations, ensuring timely decision-making and coordination across the laundry department.
- Performance and Process Improvement:
- Utilize data and performance analytics to monitor productivity, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage labor efficiency and control costs related to department staffing, equipment, and utilities.
- Review and verify time and attendance records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with scheduling policies.
- Lead initiatives that streamline warehouse workflows, improve production standards, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Coach and develop warehouse team members within the laundry department.
- Communicate clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Support performance management efforts, including coaching, feedback, and documentation, in partnership with the Warehouse Operations Manager as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with other functional leaders to ensure warehouse activities align with client expectations and company objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational communication across warehouse functions and between internal teams.
- Client Focus:
- Support a client-first culture by ensuring warehouse operations meet or exceed company expectations.
- Partner with other departments to proactively address client needs, resolve service issues, and contribute to an exceptional client experience.
- Safety and Risk Management:
- Support warehouse safety initiatives by helping conduct safety meetings, participating in training sessions, and reporting incidents or hazards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure equipment, industrial vehicles, and work practices follow established safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.

- Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

- Most work is performed in a warehouse setting, in which some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned.
- May have some outdoor exposure during the work day.
- Hot and cold extremes may occur in the warehouse.
- The typical tools used (hampers, dollies, racks, etc.) can be considered hazards.
- Equipment used (ironer/mangle, laundry machines) is electrical.
- Exposure to moving belts is continuous in the ironing function.
- There is exposure to detergents, bleach, and cleaning chemicals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or production management roles.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) required.
- Successful completion of a company background check and drug screening required.
