- Executes and edits photography and videography to the company brand standard.
- Captures on-site content at events, installations, or warehouse settings as needed, including team and products.
- Develops creative concepts for photography and videography projects, including storyboards and shot lists.
- Coordinates photo/video catalogs and assets for internal and external use.
- Coordinates with external vendors such as photographers and printers, obtains cost estimates, and collects assets.
- Design deliverables include a range of print and digital assets, including but not limited to:
- Printed collateral – ads, catalogs, sell sheets, signage, stationery, tradeshow banners
- Digital collateral – ads, social media posts/reels, and image sizing and optimization
- Conceptualizes and executes brand-consistent creative solutions from initial mockups through final production across multiple channels.
- Supports social media posting in real time; curates visual content to support team. (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to assess project requirements, organize files and content, and align priorities and timelines.
- Simultaneously work with multiple brands on projects with quick turnaround timelines.
- Partners with Marketing team members to ensure projects align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

- Performs additional duties as required.
- Primarily office-based with some warehouse exposure; certain areas of the warehouse may not be heated or air-conditioned.

- Occasional travel to outside marketing and events, exposure to outdoor elements
- Ability to lift and transport photography/video equipment and stand for extended periods during shoots as needed.
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
- Flexible working hours within standard business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm), minimum 40-hour work week expected.
- Occasional travel, which may fall outside of 8:00 am-5:00 pm M-F, may be required.
- This role requires on-site presence; remote work options are not available.
- 2-5 Years of Photography and Videography Experience
- 2 Years of Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of file formats, compression, and optimization for photo/video, digital, and print
- Ability to stay organized working across multiple brands and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- Portfolio with examples of work
- Drone photography/videography certification
- Experience in a B2B or rental/event industry
- Prior marketing experience
- Content writing/content reviewing
