Job Description:
Event Risk is seeking a Level III Operations Manager to join our team. This Full-time position offers a reliable schedule and long-term stability, providing security support for our client in the Houston, Texas area.
Essential Duties:
- Assisting with weekly staffing across all unit locations
- Liaising with regional resources to ensure coverage is secured
- Providing Level 3 support to Houston-area sites when vacancies occur
- Monitoring WhatsApp groups at each unit location
- Responding to incidents and generating reports
- Ensuring trackers are accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Level III security license for the state of Texas and be able to provide your license # during the interviewing process.
- Armed security experience reflected on resume.
- Management experience.
- Sign and comply with the Event Risk weapons waiver.
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience reflected on resume.
