Job Overview
Join our team as an Operations Crew member and play a key role in delivering high-quality live events. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of events of all sizes. From staging, pipe & drape, tables & chairs, etc. Also warehouse prep and transportation, you’ll be part of the team that brings events to life.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Set up and break down event equipment including: Staging.Pipe & drape, tables & chairs, backdrops, basic set elements, and signage.
- Load and unload trucks with event equipment and materials.
- Prep and restock event equipment and materials
- Drive and operate a 26FT box truck and Sprinter van to and from event sites. No CDL is required but we do want someone with experience driving a 26FT box truck.
- Assist with otherwarehouse operations projects.
- Maintenance and basic repairs
- Grow to lead a crew to follow event layouts, diagrams, and supervisor direction to ensure accurate setups
- Maintain a clean,organized, and safe work environment onsite and in the warehouse
- Work collaboratively with team members, project managers, and clients
- Adhere to all safety procedures and report any issues or damaged equipment
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Experience with event setup, staging, or production is preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable driving large vehicles
- Strong work ethic and reliability—shows up on time and ready to work
- Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends. Schdule shifts depending on event schedule.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude (tools, equipment handling, assembly)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean background as we work with education institutions and government agencies that require a clean background check.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
