The Role
As a Stock Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our retail operation, ensuring our guests have access to the best merchandise while enjoying a well-organized and visually captivating shopping environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Master Inventory Management: Take charge of all new inventory receipts, ensuring every item is accounted for and ready to wow our guests.
- Organize with Precision: Keep our inventory shipshape by receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing products with care and attention to detail.
- Create Visual Magic: Maintain our stores with a keen eye for detail, ensuring shelves are filled with the right merchandise and follow visual best practices.
- Stockroom Superhero: Keep our stockroom in top-notch condition, ensuring it’s always organized and ready for action.
- Warehouse Wizardry: Lead the charge in unloading and inventorying our weekly warehouse deliveries.
- Guardians of the Goods: Uphold our Loss Prevention directives to protect our merchandise and ensure a secure shopping environment.
- Be a Team Player: Take on additional tasks as needed, supporting your team and the Store Director in creating a seamless guest experience.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: You’re ready to work irregular schedules, including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays, to support our busy retail environment.
- Strength & Stamina: You’re able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- Tech-Savvy: You have basic computer knowledge and can quickly learn new systems.
- Communication Skills: You’re a clear and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, making it easy for you to work well with your team and interact with guests.
- Motivation & Dedication: You’re results-oriented, committed to excellence, and take pride in delivering your best every day.
