We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive with an existing book of business to expand our client base, deepen industry relationships, and drive significant revenue growth. This role is perfect for a connector who thrives in the luxury, corporate, and social event markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Leverage your existing book of business to generate immediate revenue opportunities.
• Develop and close new business with corporate clients, planners, venues, and agencies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and Event Factor’s capabilities.
• Negotiate and close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and flawless event execution.
• Actively participate in networking events, site visits, and industry mixers to grow visibility and pipeline.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of sales experience in event production, A/V, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and maintaining a book of business.
• Strong network within the Miami, South Florida, and/or luxury/corporate event industries.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a client-first mindset.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and work on-site in South Florida.
