Evening Entertainment Group (EEG) is a hospitality leader behind some of the most recognized dining and nightlife destinations in Arizona, Texas, and Tennessee including Jelly Roll's Goodnight Nashville, Bottled Blonde, Backyard, HiFi, and more. Our portfolio continues to expand, and we’re looking for a full-time SEO Specialist to join our Scottsdale-based marketing team and strengthen the online presence of our growing brands.

Position Summary:  

The SEO Specialist will own all aspects of organic search strategy and performance for EEG’s portfolio of venues. This role focuses on driving qualified traffic, improving rankings, and enhancing user experience across multiple branded websites. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across every property.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for traffic and conversion growth.
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, and internal linking.
• Monitor site health, indexing, and technical performance (speed, mobile, schema, redirects).
• Manage local SEO for all venues, including Google Business Profiles and directory listings.
• Track and report performance metrics — rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
• Collaborate with content and PR teams to enhance off-page SEO through backlinks and local features.
• Stay up-to-date on algorithm changes, SEO tools, and emerging digital trends.

 Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of professional SEO experience (multi-location, hospitality, or agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, and similar tools.
• Understanding of HTML, site architecture, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.
