As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Model Cocktail/Bottle Server to join our team.
Job Description: As a Model Cocktail/Bottle Server at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).
Responsibilities:
- Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.
- Book VIP reservations.
- Execute VIP presentations.
- Provide ongoing table maintenance.
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
- Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Use suggestive selling techniques; make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards. Maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.
- Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications. Previous VIP guest service experience preferred.
- Must have knowledge and ability to perform bottle service.
- Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.
- Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
