Bilingual Customer service / Collections Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX 75204
Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 months, potential full-time)
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Mon–Fri (No weekends)
- 8 AM–5 PM (5x8)
- 9 AM–8 PM (4x10, 1 week/month)
- 11 AM–8 PM (5x8)
Pay: $20/hr (W2)
Requirements:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- 2 years call center or collections experience
- Up-to-date vaccinations (employer-covered)
- Must pass background check & drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and assigned accounts
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain attention to detail
