- Pay: $ 2,860.00 per week
- Length of Contract: 14 weeks Contract
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Productivity Level: 90%
- Shift/Schedule: 5x8 Days | 40 hours/week
Requirements:
- Updated Resume
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist Licensed Required
- AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required
- Covid Vaccine Card Required
- Professional Reference
