Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across diverse landscapes
- Troubleshoot irrigation issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify leaks or malfunctions.
- Conduct inspections of irrigation components, sprinkler heads, valves, and controllers to ensure proper operation
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, system modifications, and parts used for accountability and future reference
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in irrigation systems or landscape maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscaping techniques
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of irrigation installation standards, troubleshooting procedures, and system programming is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping roles will be considered an asset
