Role Description This is a full-time, hands-on position as a Construction Laborer / Helper, located on-site in Franklin, TN. You will be responsible for assisting the builder and crew with a wide range of tasks, from performing general labor on job sites to driving a truck and trailer. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires consistent availability and a strong work ethic.
Daily duties will include:
- Performing physical labor on pool and landscape construction sites.
- Driving a truck with an attached trailer to and from job sites.
- Assisting with equipment operation, maintenance, etc.
- Ensuring the job site remains clean and organized.
- Following instructions and working efficiently.
Qualifications
- Reliable and Punctual: You must be able to consistently perform work on-site and maintain excellent communication.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to receive instructions and perform tasks as needed.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid and current driver's license is required.
- Driving Skills: Experience operating a truck with an attached trailer is required.
- Clean Background: Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
