Spa General Manager – Even Keel Wellness Spa, Crofton
Even Keel Wellness Spa is growing — and we're looking for a General Manager to lead our newest location in Crofton from the ground up.

What You'll Do
You'll have full operational ownership of the Crofton location, with responsibility and accountability across four key areas:
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain exceptional therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm from day one
- Drive staff morale and productivity through hands-on leadership and clear communication
- Ensure your team stays motivated, engaged, and aligned with Even Keel's mission
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Grow recurring revenue through strategic membership and package programs
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and community outreach to build the Crofton client base
- Improve client rebooking rates and lifetime value
- Identify and integrate new services and retail opportunities to expand our offerings
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee all daily spa operations with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and warmth
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality
- Monitor performance metrics and act quickly when something needs to change
Financial Management
- Partner with corporate leadership to manage budget and P&L for the Crofton location
- Track revenue, control costs, and drive profitability
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Corporate Integration
- Integrate into Even Keel's existing corporate framework, systems, and brand standards
- Collaborate with leadership on company-wide initiatives and best practices
- Represent the Crofton location at corporate meetings and planning sessions
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business demands.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in spa, wellness, aesthetics, or hospitality management
- A track record of building and retaining high-performing teams — ideally including experience opening or growing a location
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and operational excellence
- Strong business acumen with hands-on P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, independent operator who thrives on ownership and accountability
- Genuine passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to outstanding client experiences
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 base annual salary, plus bunus program
- Performance Bonus: Up to $12,000 annually, tied to achievement of key growth and operational metrics
- Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid Bronze Level health plan
- Paid Time Off: 10 days per year
- Retirement: 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% of contributions and 50% match on the next 2%
