Even Flow Mechanical Services is a residential/ commercial plumbing and hvac company seeking experienced HVAC technician/installer and a HVAC/Plumbing helper. The Even Flow team is seeking a highly motivated individual that is passionate for the industry that they serve. Responsibilities - HVAC technician/installer
- Furnace clean & check
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Inspect and perform equipment diagnostics and repairs.
- Locating direct replacement parts.
- Perform routine preventative maintenances.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Provide multiple options that meet customers needs.
- Professional communication with customers.
- Time management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HVAC.
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring schematics.
- Basic Knowledge in sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Light electrical and plumbing knowledge.
- Drivers license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EPA Certified is a plus.

- Focus on supporting technicians by handling physical task like loading equipment, site prep/cleanup, carrying materials and basic maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
