Morning Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–9:00 AM
EVECAL CARE, LLC is seeking a reliable and caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide morning support for a young male client.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent weekday morning schedule before school, another job, or other daytime responsibilities.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM–9:00 AM
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Consistent morning availability is important for this position
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and individualized morning support
- Assist the individual with completing his morning routine
- Encourage independence with age-appropriate daily living activities
- Provide prompts and assistance as outlined in the individual's service plan
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Complete required service documentation
- Communicate professionally with the family and EVECAL CARE management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral needs is preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual, as this is an early-morning position
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass required background checks
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training may be provided as applicable
- Patient, responsible, and comfortable supporting a young individual one-on-one
