- As a Senior Engineering Leader, you’ll be responsible for product engineering and team building—leading and scaling high-impact engineering teams that power Eve’s Applied AI products. You’ll combine technical depth, product intuition, and organizational leadership to drive the roadmap, execution, and quality across Eve’s product surface area.

Compensation at Eve is highly competitive. The actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process.

Our hybrid work model (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in our San Mateo office) allows you the flexibility to work remotely while also benefiting from in-person collaboration days at our office.
