We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of the dining experience, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Your role includes taking orders, delivering food and beverages, handling payments, and addressing any guest needs with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a high-quality dining experience
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, specials, and potential allergens
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service
• Handle payment transactions and process checks accurately
• Follow sanitation and safety standards consistently
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

Qualifications

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol (18)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift trays or items up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, dynamic restaurant setting
