Day to day as a Setup Technician
As a Setup Technician at EVCO Plastics, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. You will be expected to collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain workflow efficiency. Your work schedule will be Second Shift, Monday through Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
This role requires adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be integral in maintaining our commitment to high-quality manufacturing. Expect to learn continuously and evolve in your technical abilities while contributing to a progressive team environment.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production is critical for tracking machine performance and ensuring product quality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during setup.
