• Preparing concise research summaries and recommendations
• Building and maintaining targeted outreach lists
• Drafting personalized emails and partnership proposals
• Organizing follow-ups and tracking responses
• Supporting preparations for private appointments, trunk shows, events, and buyer meetings
• Occasionally attending and assisting with events and supporting social media calendars
Ideal candidate:
• Currently studying or recently graduated in fashion business, marketing, communications, public relations, hospitality, entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Based in California, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Has access to a car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian proficiency is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable with research, spreadsheets, email outreach, and follow-up
• Able to work independently and contribute thoughtful ideas
• Interested in luxury fashion, Made in Italy, artisan production, and independent brands
• Familiarity with the California luxury and fashion market is strongly preferred
Previous professional experience is welcome but not required. Relevant coursework, internships, retail experience, event experience, student organizations, or independent projects will also be considered.
The role will begin with a four-week paid trial period of approximately 4–8 hours per week. Continuation will depend on performance, mutual fit, and company needs.
