Evardy Construction LLC, is seeking Commercial Construction Superintendents to join our team! These candidates will oversee project planning, scheduling, job site supervision, and see project through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to finish
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate onsite subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and clients
- In charge of safety, scheduling, daily reports, meetings, etc
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Commercial Project Superintendent
- Familiarity with computers, EXCEL, Word, Outlook, etc. for reporting and scheduling
- Must have good communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
