What You’ll Do:
Graduate Placement & Career Support
- Support job placement efforts through resume reviews, interview preparation, and job search guidance.
- Maintain regular communication with graduates to track employment status and career progress.
- Identify and share relevant job opportunities aligned with graduates’ skills and training.
Apprenticeship Program Coordination
- Assist with apprenticeship program administration, including enrollment, onboarding, and progress tracking.
- Serve as a point of contact between apprentices, employers, and training providers.
- Monitor participation and support compliance with program requirements and milestones.
Employer & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with employer partners to expand job and apprenticeship opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to identify hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Organize employer participation in hiring events, career panels, and information sessions.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of graduate outcomes, employer engagement, and apprenticeship activity.
- Track and report on placement rates, program performance, and key workforce metrics.
Operations & Program Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to Career Services and Workforce Development teams.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, workforce development, education or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in career services or related field preferred
