- Autonomy with Support: You’ll have the freedom to operate independently and drive your own success while working in a tight-knit loop with our founders to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- A Founder’s Mindset: You’ll manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, and closing—and then share insights to help us build a world-class GTM playbook.
- Regional Connection: You’ll be on the ground, traveling within your region to build authentic, face-to-face relationships with your prospect accounts.
Your Impact
- Strategically prospect, cultivate relationships, and secure new client deals with target accounts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to drive sales pipeline creation and accelerate revenue.
- Perform in-depth discovery to understand customer challenges and tailor solution proposals to meet their specific strategic goals.
- Tell the company's unique value proposition through impactful product demonstrations and our ability to drive outsized ROI for our customers.
- Navigate the full, complex sales journey, from initial engagement through closing contracts, clearly communicating how Evanthys AI revolutionizes Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) delivery.
- Deploy, learn and adapt; working closely with leadership to identify improvement areas, deploy them energetically, learn and continue adapting.
- Stay current on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to proactively identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Represent Evanthys at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and cultivate prospective client relationships.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 4 years of B2B sales experience. SaaS (Software Sales); Healthcare sales experience is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Technical Presentation: Proven experience performing virtual client presentations and high-impact product demonstrations.
- Drive: You are a self-starter who finds energy in prospecting and "opening doors." You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
- Software Savvy: Tech-savvy with a natural interest in how technology improves business outcomes. Previous experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. You are intellectually curious and able to maintain credibility with both internal stakeholders and external healthcare executives.
- Executive Presence: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of influence with prospect leadership.
- NIHITO Mindset: We live by the principle, “nothing important happens in the office.” You’re excited to hit the road (up to 50% regional travel) to meet our prospects and customers where they are. Travel will include conferences, events, and company meetings as needed.
