Role Description
The Superintendent serves as the chief executive officer of the school, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction in partnership with the Board of Directors. This leader will oversee all operational, academic, spiritual, and financial aspects of the school while ensuring alignment with its mission, values, and long-term strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing and advancing the school’s Christ-centered mission and culture
- Leading academic excellence and continuous school improvement
- Supervising and developing senior leadership and faculty teams
- Partnering with the Board on strategic planning and organizational health
- Overseeing financial stewardship, budgeting, and resource development
- Serving as the primary external ambassador to families, churches, donors, and the broader community
